The estate is located in Goričko, a hilly landscape in the NE of Slovenia, in unspoilt nature on the edge of the village of Prosečka.

The revitalisation of the agricultural property includes the renovation of the residential building, the demolition of ancillary buildings and the construction of a swimming pool and a garage.

The renovation reproduces traditional building techniques and materials typical of Prekmurje and preserves the character of the existing residential building with its labyrinthine design: simple and refined building volumes, wood, brick, classical plaster and colours typical of traditional Prekmurje construction are the basic elements of the renovation.

The renovated residential building with its panoramic walls opens onto the surrounding nature and dominates the courtyard, while the technical building with the swimming pool is discreetly located and hidden in the terrain.
