These terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at https://iddoma.si website (the “Service”) operated by id splet storitev d.o.o. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to our services are subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with id splet storitev d.o.o. and its licensors.

In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third Party Services”).

You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Accounts
Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.
You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account that you use to access the Service. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or upon becoming aware of any other breach of security.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your id splet storitev d.o.o account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.
All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Changes
id splet storitev d.o.o. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.
Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.

The sales in the https://iddoma.si/idonline herby referred to as id:doma online store is carried out by id splet storitve d.o.o., slovenska cesta 9, ljubljana, entered in the court register at the district court in ljubljana no. reg. entry 1/36086/00, amount of share capital 8763 eur, registration number 1715445000, tax number SI50209710.
The id:doma online store is an online store within the domain space https://iddoma.si, and these general terms and conditions determine the operation of the online store and the relationship between the service provider and the customer.
The general terms and conditions of operation of the online store id:online are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia and international codes of e-commerce.
Service provider
The service provider is id splet storitve d.o.o., slovenska cesta 9, ljubljana. The customer in the online store is any user – legal or natural person who places an order and receives a confirmation of the order received from the provider.
It is considered that the customer is aware of all the content of the general terms and conditions with every purchase in the online store id:online and accepts them without restrictions.
Product range
The offer of products depends on the stock and delivery of items and changes from time to time.
All products in the online store id:online are originals, which means that they are made by manufacturers with purchased copyrights.
Prices
All product prices in the online store are in EUR and include VAT. Prices are presented as regular prices and special prices – opportunity. Regular prices are recommended prices by manufacturers. Promotional prices – the opportunity is the prices for items that are marked as a special offer and are valid for purchase over the Internet.
Published prices are subject to change without notice. For each individual purchase, the prices are valid at the time of placing the order. Upon delivery, the customer receives an original invoice for the purchased products, which defines the prices of products and delivery costs.

Delivery time
Delivery All orders placed in the id:doma online store will be delivered via Pošta Slovenije to the address entered when placing the order.
As a rule, all orders for goods in stock are shipped within 3 working days at the latest after full payment confirmation, when the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address that the shipment has been submitted.
For goods on backorder status the average delivery time for our brands is 8-12 weeks, with the exception of the brands; iittala 1-3 weeks, Guaxs 3-4 weeks, Stil carpets 4 weeks, Arper 6 weeks.
Pošta Slovenije guarantees delivery throughout Slovenia within three working days at the latest, depending on the location of your post office.
id:doma is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such as COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.
Delivery cost
Delivery for purchases over 250 EUR is free. For shipments under € 250, the delivery cost is € 6.
If the ordered goods are paid after collection, the total cost of the order (sum of the value of the goods and delivery costs) will be increased by the commission of Pošta Slovenije, namely EUR 0.96 for packages worth up to EUR 96, for packages worth EUR 96 to EUR 501 commissions 1% of the value of the package, and above the value of EUR 501 the commission of Pošta Slovenije amounts to EUR 5.01.
If the ordered goods are paid according to the pro forma invoice, the price of the products and shipping costs will be included, and the bank will also charge a commission for the transaction – the amount of the commission depends on the selected bank.
Withdrawal from the contract / purchase
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract / purchase within 15 days of receipt of the goods without stating the reason for withdrawal. Withdrawal from the contract / purchase is sent to online@iddoma.si or id splet storitve d.o.o., slovenska cesta 9, ljubljana by notifying the customer that he is withdrawing from the contract / purchase for the ordered products with the product or order number. The received products must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity, in the condition in which they were delivered, within 15 days of withdrawal from the contract.
Product return and exchange
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract / purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Notice of withdrawal from the contract is sent to the e-mail address info@iddoma.si.
Within 30 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract / purchase, the products must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and unchanged quantity, in the condition in which they were delivered, to the address: id splet storitve d.o.o., slovenska cesta 9, ljubljana Slovenia. The following must also be provided: personal data, current account number and a copy of the invoice sent when the products were delivered.
The amount for paid products (less postage) will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of the products in the original form of payment.
If the buyer wants to replace the purchased products, he can do so within 15 days of receiving the goods. You will send a notification to the e-mail address online@iddoma.si to replace the product, indicating the products to be replaced.
The costs of returning products and insuring the risk of transport all the way to our warehouse are covered by the customer himself.
Custom products, special furniture designs, non-assembled furniture cannot be returned. The return of these products is only possible in the event of complaints due to a factory defect.
Security and privacy
The id:doma online store operates in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act on the market and the regulations adopted on its basis.
We respect the Consumer Protection Act when selling.
Collection of personal data
In the id:doma online store we collect the following information about our customers and users:
•name and surname,
• address and place of residence,
• e-mail address,
• contact telephone number.
Personal data obtained through the online store id: home to make an online purchase is used exclusively for the purposes of execution and delivery of the order, unless the user of the website has specifically agreed to some other form of use of the data provided (eg e-newsletter orders) , which may be used for other purposes. Within the server space id: doma.si, this data is stored permanently.
The accuracy of the entered data is guaranteed by each customer.
Protection of personal data
We undertake that the personal data obtained through the online store will be fully stored, protected and processed by id splet storitve d.o.o.. All acquired personal data will be handled by the website operator in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and in accordance with the European legislation (EU Directives 95/46 / EC, 2002/58 / EC and ETS 108, ETS 181, ETS 185, ETS 189) agreements.
Your data is adequately protected against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure by third parties.
Complaints and disputes
The bidder will confirm within 5 days that it has received the complaint and inform the buyer how long it will take to resolve it. He will keep the customer informed about the progress of the procedure.
The service provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved by the competent competent court of the District Court in Ljubljana.
Disclaimer
Our Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. id splet storitev dand its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither id splet storitev d.o.o., nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.
The seller makes every effort to ensure that the information published in the id:doma online store is up-to-date and correct, however, there may be discrepancies in the published information on product characteristics, delivery time or prices.
If this happens, the seller will notify the buyer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered products. All photos of products in the store id: at home are symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the item.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in Slovenia.
