and the oscars go to….

Although Barbie won only one award at Sunday’s Oscars, despite eight nominations, the film certainly deserved at least one more golden statuette: for Best Actress in the Interior Design category, it should have gone to the Brajak Vitberg lights that Barbie used to furnish the nightstands in her bedroom. Brajak Vitberg is an art and design studio founded in 2019 by two architects from Ljubljana, Petra Brajak and Robert V. Bijelić. Lights from their “Miami Collection” also shine in our lounge, where we’ve scoured for a few more pieces that would fit well in Barbie’s world.
