“Forma” is a grater designed to mould to the shape of your palm, making it easy and pleasant to hold. An organic shape inspired by pebbles smoothed down by water and wind, plied from stainless steel via a complex manufacturing process.

Its name emphasises its main feature: “forma” means “shape” in Italian. A pattern of asymmetrical holes allows for the cheese to be grated and sprinkled unevenly, giving a unique texture to any dish. The grater is paired with a stand creating an overall sculptural centrepiece.
